When it is necessary to re-approve an already disapproved transaction, for example because a publisher has submitted a request with the correct reasoning, it is possible to reopen the transaction and approve it again.
Re-approving transactions
You can find disapproved transactions in the Transaction Overview within the Transactions menu. Use the transaction status filter and select Disapproved. You can also search for a specific transaction using the Transaction ID filter.
To re-approve a transaction, open the transaction details by clicking on the transaction. Within the transaction details, change the status from Disapproved to Approved and save the changes.
Please note that advertisers can only reopen and re-approve transactions individually. Re-approving multiple transactions at once is not available yet.
Re-approving transactions with multiple parts
If a transaction consists of multiple parts, you can also re-approve individual parts of the transaction. Open the transaction details and update the status of the relevant transaction part from Disapproved to Approved.
