Approving publishers for your affiliate campaign is crucial, as no promotion can happen without publishers. It’s an essential task that ensures the right media are promoting your products.
How Does Publisher (Media) Approval Work?
In your Daisycon dashboard, navigate to Publisher Management > Approve Media. Here, you’ll see a list of media that have applied to join your campaign. You can approve or reject each media application. Each media listing includes the media type and a brief description, providing insight into their promotional methods. Click on a publisher’s name to view more details and important descriptions.
Consider carefully which publishers (media) align with your campaign goals and desired promotion methods. Reviewing each media application allows you to choose publishers who are best suited to represent your brand and drive meaningful results. A selective approach can help maintain the quality and relevance of your campaign’s promotions.
While it’s beneficial to give new and promising publishers a chance, approving media that clearly align with your audience and marketing goals will generally yield better performance. Over time, if you find a specific publisher’s media isn't delivering the expected results, you can request Daisycon to remove them from the campaign.
Approval is conducted at the media level, meaning a publisher can apply with multiple media properties. If you have multiple campaigns within the same advertiser account, be aware that approved publishers will have access to all your active campaigns by default.
